I've done alot of work recently and noticed that my scheduled backups were not working. I'm very frustrated with this and need a backup done quick. Tried to 'Add' my key and is says that the key is already registered. I found my original email from acronis with my key when i purchased it and tried logging into the website with that email only to discover that an account didn't exsist. I was having some problems with ATI 2015 and thought of the bright idea of uninstalling/reinstalling myself to see if that would fix the issue, now i run into 'access denied' or 'max retry count exceeded'.
